GENERAL RETURN & REFUND 

You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The items must be returned undamaged, and you will be responsible for shipping costs occurred during the return process. Once we receive the items in their original condition, your refund will be processed promptly.

RETURN A PRODUCT IF I'VE OPENED OR USED IT?

In general, opened or used products may still be eligible for return or exchange as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. However, certain restrictions may apply, especially for items that are not in resalable condition. If you are still uncertain whether your product could be returned, please contact our customer support team at support@solarsupersonic.com to verify. Please use “Question: Return Eligibility” in the email subject line and include your phone number. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information to expedite the process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, the timeframe for receiving your refund may vary depending on your bank or payment method. Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned items, and replacement products will be shipped out as soon as possible.

ARE THERE ANY RESTOCKING FEES FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

In general, we do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges of eligible products. However, if an item is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee or refuse the return altogether. Restocking fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount. Please refer to our return policy for more information on restocking fees.

WARRANTIES FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes. All Solar Super Sonic products comes with a 1-year worry-free warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@solarsupersonic.com. To expedite your request, please use “Urgent: Damaged or Defective Items” in the email subject line and include your phone number.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the extent of the damage or defect. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information to expedite the process. We apologize for any inconvenience and will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
