We offer 3 types of delivery methods:

i) General Shipping Nationwide

ii) Local Delivery for Great Atlanta Area

iii) Local Pickup at Our Atlanta Warehouse. Office business hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm

For general deliveries, orders will be processed within 24 hours.


For local deliveries, orders will be handled within 2 hours, with an estimated total
delivery time of 4 hours within 50 miles from Atlanta, or 6 hours within 100 miles from

For local pickup, orders will be processed within 2 hours. The latest time to submit order
will be 3pm for same day pickup.

A tracking number will be assigned to your order once your package is out for delivery.
This number will be sent to you via email and will be available in your account's order
details if you are a registered customer. To view your shipping status, enter your
tracking number on the carrier's website or a universal tracking service.

No, a signature is not required by default. However, you can request signature confirmation by emailing support@solarsupersonic.com; please note that an additional $5 will be added to your order.

Yes, for single orders exceeding $10,000 in value, customers are automatically
upgraded to our highest-level trusted membership status, which includes exclusive
discounts.

Our dedicated sales representatives will personally oversee the arrangement of your order and ensure a seamless delivery process.

For inquiries or to submit custom bulk order requests, please email your specific requirements to support@solarsupersonic.com.

To expedite your request, please use "Attn: Custom Bulk Order" in the email subject line
and include your phone number. We will promptly reach out to assist you.

We provide local delivery within 100 miles from our Atlanta warehouse for the same day
or next day early morning delivery. Please Call 404-981-3111 for Local Delivery.

an address change if needed. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will be able to
modify your shipping address. Note that we won’t be able to modify your shipping
address if the order has been shipped.

subject line and include the new address and your phone number.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support
team immediately at support@solarsupersonic.com.

In some cases, we may request photos or additional information to expedite the process.
